Our Policy and Conditions

We kindly ask you to take a moment to review our policy and conditions so that we can ensure mutual understanding.

 

1. Surcharge on Sundays and Public holidays will apply for 10% with any treatment appointments.

 

2. For new clients, At lease arrive 5-7 mins prior to your session to complete a new client information form.

 

3. Your booking time is the time the session commences and finishes, including consultation time. We always endeavor to finish on time for the next client. 

 

4.) To cancel or reschedule,

For the short time please contact us on Mobile 0423799029 by call or text or send us a message on membership inbox at least 6 hours in advance.  Cancelations within 6 hours may attract a 50% additional for your next visit. 

 

5.) No show and No cancelation contact 70% will be charged upon your next visit (conditions apply).  

6. The appointment for a couple and new client may deposit 50% 

7. Choose the right staff for your treatment. Our clinic has a variety of male and female staff, all certified either in Australia or overseas. Some staff members are licensed to claim for Private Health Insurance, while others may not have this license but are still qualified to provide holistic massage and wellness services. Please take a moment to review the staff profiles and select the one you prefer.

 

Please note our staff are traveling to attend work by booking only, and if you do not attend your appointments, other clients can/could, If we knew/know about your cancellation beforehand.
